Brae Wyckoff is an award-winning and internationally acclaimed author, born and raised in San Diego, CA. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Jill, for over 24 years, and they have three children and five wonderful grandchildren.


Brae currently travels the world with his wife, training and equipping people in the ways of Jesus Christ, and has ministered to thousands, both locally and abroad. He is the founder of the international ministry called The Greater News (TGN) where he reports on supernatural miracles happening around the world. The TGN Facebook page has over 40k members and reaches over 40 countries around the world.


In 2011, Brae hosted a radio show, Prophetic Underground, with Steve Maddox who later became the director of John Paul Jackson’s Dreams and Mysteries TV show series. Brae went on to host his own blog talk radio show, Broadcast Muse, interviewing notable people such as author, William Paul Young, Academy Award winner Peter Berkos, American Idol contestant Airika (MissLadybug), and numerous other creative talents and ministry leaders.


Brae’s passion for mysterious realms and the supernatural inspired him to write The Orb of Truth, the first in a series of fantasy action adventures. His first book, The Orb of Truth, won Best Christian Fantasy Award for 2013 and has been voted #1 in several categories, including Best Indie Fantasy Book, Epic Fantasy Worth Your Time, and Fantasy Book That Should Be Required Reading.


The sequel to the Horn King series, The Dragon God, came out in December 2013 and has been voted “Best New Epic Fantasy” and rated “Top Fantasy Book”. The third of the series, The Vampire King, debuted August 2015. Brae is working on the fourth of the campaign with no end in sight for his beloved fantasy characters. His first children’s book, The Unfriendly Dragon, with illustrations by Disney artist, Seth Weinburg, also came out August 2015 and was voted #1 Best Kids Book Ever.

Brae is currently the Director of Kingdom Writers Association based in San Diego where he is working with writers of all levels to encourage and empower them to pursue their calling as authors. The Kingdom Writers conferences in July 2016, with keynote speaker William Paul Young, author of the Shack, which sold over 19 million copies to date was a successful event in San Diego. The 2nd annual conference, March 2017, called Kingdom Creativity Conference was a tremendous success with keynote speaker Darren Wilson. In addition, Brae hosts monthly writers’ gatherings with published and unpublished writers to strengthen and spur them on in their passion to write.


September 2017, Brae took a team of writers to Oxford, UK to walk the streets of great literary genius' like CS Lewis and JRR Tolkien. He did a week-long writers training at St. Aldates just 100 feet away from where JRR Tolkien taught for over 20 years at Pembroke College.
